Poker Winning Hands

Why You Usually are not Bettering at Poker | VLOG 24

I make a return to LA to enjoy $five/five/ten on Are living At The Bicycle. Coming off my journey to Macau I was itching to get back again on the grind back again in Southern California.

Thank you to Are living At The Bicycle for giving a wonderful display and format for presenting poker.

  3. Another great session Johnny I agree when the board pairs it makes the villains hand look better to them when deciding to barrel. You are by far the best vlogger for the serious poker player – awesome job as usual!

  7. This is one of your most interesting VLOGS. Two small suggestions. You should edit the video a little fatter so you are not so rushed on the explanations of your plays. Please give a couple seconds at the end for the viewer to digest your ideas. Thank you for not putting needless music under the tracks. The beginning graphic is outstanding! You have a talent for explaining complex ideas. The graphic at the beginning and your careful words is what people in television production learning call "AV Linkage."

  15. I was playing a tournament at my local casino last night (fri) and, half way through I was in a rut of not getting cards and feeling sorry for myself. At the break I went for some fresh air and while doing this I just said to myself "get a grip and start playing poker, you dont always need to get premium cards to beat these guys". Went back feeling refreshed and powerful and crushed for the next hour, then started to hit every board and in the end I finished first.

Was it the change of mindset? Yes! it helped me play better, which lead to chipping up which helped me push around the more passive players and short stacks IMO.

Having a positive mindset does IMO help you play better.
    cheers.

  25. Solid solid…. and more solid. The thing about Gary V’s statement is so real but the biggest struggle is when you live in a demographic that has very very few of any of those people he’s talking about. I’m here for wife’s family.

  33. Still loving the content and the vibe! I like how you approached your mindset to get a shift and turn a massive losing session into a winner.

Irt to A6s hand, where you flopped trip 6s, I would like to see a raise 325-500 depending on how they view sizing. Their ranges are faceup so it looks like a good spot to steal plus a lot of regs and recs have a hard time folding an overpair when hardly anything beats em.

Also, AQs you need to bet unless Ramsay has been getting out of line constantly when checked to him. Only if he's way overbluffing when checked to him would I check here.

Keep crushing poker, these vlogs, and life, sir!
