  3. Hello Ryan! I started play poker seriously in mid november 2016 but my bankroll is still very poor and I don't consider myself like capable to archive big goals. I'm still grinding NL2 because I started from zero € and despite I've been lucky in freerolls tournaments and in MTT in general, in NL2 my winrate (90K sample) it's only 7 BB/100 hand and more important, my bankroll it's just 190 € not yet the 50 BI for NL5. Well, the question is, when do you honestly consider it could be worth joining the upswing lab? I wouldn't believe if you say at any level, at least I would consider if you say something like my earnings in poker are something like 10 times the price. Anyways I apreciate your work and I've view almost all of your videos and downloaded all the free stuff and even the postflop engine.

  4. Fantastic Video Ryan. Especially Goal 5. Poker is such a fascinating game, but it is still only a game.

I'd also suggest that everyone take a break each hour, get up, stretch your legs. Sitting and staring at a computer screen all day is really unhealthy

  13. Ryan Fee. I started grinding 1/2 no limit live at my local casino in cincinnati, I find the competition pretty soft most nights, especially on the weekends. Obv $200 is the max buy in at this game and so that is what i started playing with. I have put in about 16 hours this week and have made $725 profit , so lamost a 1k roll now. At what point would you try taking a shot at 2/5? 5k roll 10k roll? ect ect. Thanks for any input. Happy Holidays

  14. My personal poker rules: 1) Stay within bankroll limits, 2) Don't tilt, 3) Don't chase losses 4) Stick to lower variance games such as NLHE rather than Omaha or BigO, 5) Remember its just a game, don't take it too seriously!
